📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for technical positions

• Develop and implement focused sourcing initiatives

• Facilitate alignment meetings with hiring managers

• Ensure a transparent and inviting experience for candidates

• Collaborate with engineering teams for the integration of technical assessments

• Track requisition progress utilizing tracking systems

• Provide training and coaching to hiring managers and interview panels

• Collaborate on onboarding transitions and employer branding initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of comprehensive full-cycle talent acquisition experience

• At least 2 years focused on recruiting for technical positions

• Capability to confidently assess candidates for contemporary tech stacks

• Experience in implementing equitable sourcing and selection methods

• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse)

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple concurrent recruitment processes

• Exceptional consultative and interpersonal communication abilities
