Talent Acquisition Analytics Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Responsible for developing reporting solutions, analyzing recruiting data, and providing actionable insights that enhance the Talent Acquisition strategy and overall performance.

• Collaborates closely with Talent Acquisition leaders to convert data into impactful dashboards, reports, and recommendations that facilitate informed decision-making.

• Designs and sustains Power BI dashboards, creates executive and operational reports, identifies trends and opportunities within recruiting data, and conveys insights that affect business outcomes.

• Converts business requirements into reporting solutions and delivers analyses that enhance the understanding of recruiting performance, talent pipelines, sourcing effectiveness, and workforce trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Business Analytics or Insights, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related fields.

• Over 3 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, talent acquisition, human resources, workforce analytics, or a similar domain.

• Proven experience in generating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for business stakeholders.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, data analysis, and data validation techniques.

• Experience in developing dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or comparable business intelligence tools.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.

• Capability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
