Market Research Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Recruit, screen, and arrange participants for qualitative market research initiatives including FGDs, IDIs, online communities, usability testing, and customer interviews

• Collaborate closely with project managers and research teams to ensure the recruitment and confirmation of high-quality participants

• Review project briefs to comprehend recruitment needs and quotas

• Contact pre-qualified survey respondents via phone to verify their responses

• Oversee participant bookings, confirmations, reminders, and replacements

• Maintain precise records of recruitment and booking statuses within internal systems

• Track recruitment progress and provide updates to project managers

• Identify and address recruitment challenges or data quality issues

• Ensure a high standard of respondent experience and professionalism throughout the recruitment process

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Market Research Recruitment

• Experience in Qualitative Research Recruitment

• Background in focus group recruitment

• Experience with participant scheduling or fieldwork coordination

• Proven track record of recruiting participants for qualitative market research studies

• Experience conducting phone screening interviews

• Familiarity with focus groups, IDIs, and qualitative methodologies

• Experience in managing recruitment screeners and quota management

• Proficient in managing participant confirmations and attendance
