Senior Recruiter – PSP, High Risk

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Development of processes: Establishing the recruitment ecosystem of the company, optimizing selection stages, and implementing modern AI tools for daily operations.

• Simultaneously managing between 5 to 10 open positions across various areas (Tech Support, Sales, Risk & Compliance, Finance, Legal, etc.).

• Close collaboration with Hiring Managers and the HR team to attract A-players who align with the unique company culture.

• Full-cycle recruitment: from strategy formulation to the candidate's onboarding.

• Crafting sourcing strategies focused on optimizing inbound flows and referral channels.

• Conducting in-depth interviews and applying modern assessment techniques for Hard & Soft skills.

• Building long-term Talent Pools for future business needs and labor market analytics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting (experience with both technical and non-technical/business roles).

• Expert-level sourcing and headhunting skills, with the ability to engage passive high-level candidates.

• Data-driven decision-making approach, strong stakeholder management, and critical thinking abilities.

• Ability to independently initiate process changes and drive them to completion in a dynamic environment.

• Fluent in Ukrainian and English at an Intermediate+ level (for communication in international markets).
