Recruiter – High Volume Skilled Trades

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience.

• Proven track record in recruiting for both salaried and hourly roles within a manufacturing environment.

• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume requisition workload, handling 40 or more open requisitions simultaneously.

• Capability to effectively recruit and engage candidates across various time zones.

• Strong skills in sourcing, screening, and managing candidates within a fast-paced setting.

• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is required.
