Provider Network Recruiter – Health Plans, Managed Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Recruit and contract General Dentists and Specialists to achieve network growth objectives.

• Perform outbound outreach to provider offices and cultivate relationships with potential providers.

• Create and oversee a comprehensive recruitment pipeline utilizing provider rosters, broker referrals, member nominations, inbound leads, and market research.

• Inform providers about the advantages of joining the Liberty provider network and assist them through the contracting process.

• Gather, review, and follow up on contracting and credentialing documentation to ensure thorough and accurate submissions.

• Investigate fee schedules, assess market opportunities, and formulate territory recruitment strategies.

• Keep detailed records of provider interactions and recruitment activities within CRM and tracking systems.

• Prepare activity reports and monitor performance metrics to guarantee quality, productivity, and network growth targets are met.

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

• A minimum of two years of experience in insurance network recruitment, provider relations, healthcare sales, recruiting, customer service, or a related field.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational, follow-through, and time management abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring a high level of accuracy.
