Talent Acquisition Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Regional Recruiting team to foster a positive experience for our candidates and applicants, continuously seeking innovative ways to set us apart as an employer of choice.

• Oversee all components of the interview process by working with hiring managers and recruiters on scheduling, ensuring timely and proactive communication with candidates, and hosting them virtually or in person to guarantee a positive and seamless experience.

• Guide recruiters and hiring managers on best practices for enhancing the candidate experience, utilizing your expertise and research findings.

• Accurately maintain and update candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System.

• Proactively engage with key internal stakeholders, providing timely updates or adjustments to schedules and process enhancements.

• Act as a mentor or peer coach in addressing unique situations or supporting the onboarding of new team members.

• Collaborate with the broader TA & People team on projects as required.

• Assist with recruitment events, meet-ups, and other talent branding and event-related needs.

• Conduct offer audits, manage requisition approvals, and help with Jira tickets to facilitate recruiting operations.

• Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying our values in all interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or coordination within a corporate environment, preferably in the recruiting sector.

• Previous experience in scheduling and calendar management.

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Strong attention to detail.

• General understanding of HR practices.

• Ability to thrive in independent work environments.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Project management experience.

• Capacity to maintain confidentiality and exercise appropriate tact.
