This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Manage the complete recruitment process for technology candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional communities, and referrals.
• Develop and sustain a robust talent pipeline for both current and future job openings.
• Work closely with recruitment and account managers to facilitate ongoing hiring efforts.
• Ensure candidate data is accurate and current within our ATS/CRM system.
• Continuously enhance sourcing strategies, tools, and operational workflows.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or research (experience in tech is highly desirable).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to confidently engage with candidates directly.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a bonus; work is conducted in English).
• Competitive fixed salary rather than an unpredictable bonus, with a B2B arrangement under a Ukrainian FOP agreement.
