This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Collaborate with recruiters and Talent Acquisition Managers to comprehend current and projected staffing requirements for Physical Therapists (PTs) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
• Utilize various methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, professional associations, and social media, to source both active and passive candidates.
• Perform research and market analysis to enhance sourcing strategies and provide valuable talent insights that facilitate informed decision-making.
• Build and sustain a talent pipeline of qualified PT and PTA candidates across multiple regions by understanding candidate needs and fostering relationships.
• Conduct initial outreach and screening calls to evaluate candidate fit and interest.
• Develop and maintain sourcing metrics and reports to monitor the effectiveness of strategies.
• Stay informed about state licensure requirements and local market trends in Physical Therapy.
• Represent the organization at career fairs, virtual events, and other industry networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with the employer branding team to craft engaging messaging and content for outreach efforts.
• Ensure accurate tracking of all candidate data and communications in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM.
• Occasional travel is necessary for training or other work-related responsibilities.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an equivalent combination of education and relevant recruiting or industry experience, including direct experience in a similar role, may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to build rapport and engage candidates professionally.
• High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong interest in data and technology.
• 1–4 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, sales, customer service, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in university/campus recruitment (e.g., DPT or PTA programs).
• Prior experience in recruiting for outpatient physical therapy, rehabilitation, or allied health services.
• Possession of Specialized Recruiting Certifications (e.g., Certified Healthcare Recruiter – CHR).
