This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of the recruitment process across designated business sectors and technical disciplines.
• Actively seek, assess, and engage top-tier technical talent within the cloud, platform engineering, software development, delivery, and AI sectors.
• Develop and sustain robust talent pipelines to meet both immediate and upcoming hiring needs.
• Oversee candidate processes from start to finish, ensuring an excellent candidate experience, engagement, and effective control throughout the process.
• Assist with offer management, negotiations, and closing activities in competitive job markets.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Lead to address hiring priorities and support business growth strategies.
• Maintain high levels of recruitment activity and delivery across various concurrent roles and talent pipelines.
• Work in partnership with People Operations to facilitate onboarding and ensure a seamless experience for new starters.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn and other online platforms.
• Support recruitment analytics, ATS maintenance, market mapping, and enhancements to the hiring process as the company scales.
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting within technology, digital transformation, cloud computing, software engineering, or consultancy fields.
• Strong skills in sourcing, headhunting, and building pipelines for competitive technical skill sets.
• Experience managing multiple job vacancies simultaneously in fast-paced hiring environments.
• Proficient in candidate management, influencing, and successfully closing offers.
• Confidence in engaging both technical candidates and senior stakeholders.
• A proactive, commercially aware mindset with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms like Workable and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and prioritization abilities.
• High levels of resilience, energy, and self-motivation.
• A keen interest in cloud, platform engineering, AI, or contemporary software engineering sectors is highly desirable.
