This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in comprehensive recruiting processes for a diverse range of roles serving both federal civilian and DoD clients.
• Take charge of the complete recruiting cycle for both cleared and uncleared positions.
• Identify candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and the internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Typically oversee 4-6 active job requisitions, with the flexibility to accommodate additional hiring demands linked to new federal contract awards of various sizes.
• Ensure consistent sourcing efforts each week to maintain a robust pipeline for priority positions.
• Perform initial screening of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, communication abilities, and overall suitability.
• Arrange interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Keep precise and timely records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring that all candidate details, workflows, and documentation are current and accurate.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience through regular communication and diligent follow-up.
• Engage in recruiting events, job fairs, networking, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting or staffing.
• Prior experience in supporting government contracting or technical recruiting is preferred.
• Capacity to effectively manage multiple open requisitions and recruiting activities in a dynamic federal consulting environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, and the ability to prioritize a high volume of recruiting tasks effectively.
• Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for sourcing candidates, managing recruitment efforts, and building and maintaining candidate pipelines.
• Capability to employ creative sourcing techniques and search methods, including Boolean search strategies.
• Strong organizational abilities with a proactive approach, attention to detail, and commitment to follow through on recruitment activities and candidate communications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory based on experience.
