This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Execute end-to-end Recruitment & Selection processes, ensuring technical quality.
• Conduct consultative kick-offs, developing the hiring thesis.
• Perform strategic and proactive hunting (priority: LinkedIn and internal database).
• Lead in-depth competency-based interviews (using the STAR methodology).
• Assess technical fit, behavioral alignment, and career stage.
• Create clear and decision-oriented executive dossiers.
• Present a shortlist with market insights (beyond just profiles).
• Manage up to 3 Active Sprints simultaneously, with true focus.
• Operate with transparency and authority alongside the client.
• Leverage AI and tools as strategic support.
• Maintain clear communication regarding progress, deadlines, and status of job openings.
• Update systems, controls, and documentation of selection processes.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, deadlines, and Humgroup's quality standards.
• Monitor basic indicators of processes (timeliness, status, quality of deliveries).
• Report progress, risks, and needs to the Recruitment & Selection Project Manager.
• A completed or ongoing degree in: Psychology, Administration, HR Management, or related fields.
• Previous experience in Recruitment & Selection.
• Experience in R&S consultancies or high-volume/complex environments.
• Experience with Tech roles or strategic positions is a plus.
• Transportation.
