This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assists TA Specialists in organizing and scheduling phone interviews, skills assessments, and meetings with hiring managers and members of the Human Capital team.

• Oversees and facilitates pre-employment screening processes, which include ordering background checks and substance tests, verifying employment history, checking references, and other necessary items.

• Manages the hiring and onboarding procedures by providing new hire packages to candidates, initiating the onboarding process to ensure all new hire documentation is signed and returned, and ensuring the generation of employee IDs.

• Coordinates and performs I9 verifications and document validation, ensuring that I9 forms are completed and submitted in compliance with DHS regulations.

• Manages the tracking and reconciliation of vendor invoices.

• Responsible for organizing and maintaining the Talent Acquisition team's shared folders and documents in SharePoint and Teams.

• Serves as the main contact for leading branding initiatives on Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and internal job postings in collaboration with cross-functional partners and vendors.

• Develops a content calendar in partnership with the Talent Acquisition and Internal Communication teams, ensuring that all social media pages are updated according to the established annual calendar.

• Promotes diversity attraction initiatives as assigned and ensures that diversity efforts are prominently featured on our social media platforms.

• Assists TA Specialists with immigration-related matters, which include reviewing applicants, documenting applicant data, pre-screening candidates, and collaborating with immigration attorneys to address and properly file immigration needs.

• Occasionally supports TA Specialists with resume evaluations, applicant screening, and sourcing for entry-level and support-oriented positions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of a Bachelor’s degree (BA, BS) in Human Resources or a related field is required.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related support role; or equivalent training, experience, and education in Human Resources.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Basic understanding of Employment Law.

• Outstanding customer service and follow-up skills.

• Capable of professionally interacting with both internal and external customers.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage competing priorities effectively.

• Consistently demonstrates dedication to meeting deadlines, completing tasks thoroughly, maintaining high performance standards, and ensuring punctuality in all responsibilities and interactions.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

• Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems or similar platforms is preferred.

• Experience with interview scheduling and coordination is preferred.
