This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Candidate Sourcing & Outreach: Identify and engage potential insurance agents through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to create a steady talent pipeline.

• Screening & Qualification: Perform initial screenings to evaluate candidate suitability based on sales skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and compatibility with the agency’s platform and support structure.

• Opportunity Presentation: Effectively articulate the advantages of the agency’s lead generation system, training programs, compensation model, and growth opportunities to potential recruits.

• Interview Coordination: Oversee the scheduling and organization of interviews between candidates and leadership, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

• Pipeline Management: Keep precise records of candidate interactions, follow-ups, and conversion metrics within the recruitment funnel.

• Onboarding Support: Provide assistance during the initial onboarding phase, ensuring new agents are well-acquainted with systems, training materials, and support resources.


⛳️ Requirements

• Recruiting Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within the insurance, financial services, or other commission-based sales sectors.

• Industry Familiarity: Knowledge of life insurance sales models, independent brokerage frameworks, or agent-centered organizations is preferred.

• Strong Communication Skills: Capability to confidently present opportunities and establish rapport with candidates in a consultative approach.

• Sales Mindset: Comfortable assessing candidates for their sales potential, motivation, and capability to excel in performance-driven environments.

• Organization & Follow-Through: Proficient in managing multiple candidates simultaneously while ensuring consistent follow-up and documentation.

• Self-Starter Mentality: Capable of working independently in a part-time role, proactively advancing recruiting efforts with minimal supervision.
