This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist in expanding our physician network by sourcing candidates, managing job postings, and conducting interviews.
• Assess physician applicants for role suitability, which includes verifying licensure, clinical specialization, and pertinent experience.
• Carry out interviews with physician candidates to evaluate their interest, credentials, and compliance with licensure requirements.
• Identify and connect with potential collaborating physicians using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn.
• Keep accurate and current records of physician candidate information, communications, and feedback from interviews.
• Work closely with compliance operations and client success teams to ensure all credentialing, licensing, and other requirements are satisfied.
• Enhance internal onboarding, retention, and engagement processes to foster team growth.
• Optimize people operations processes to guarantee a smooth experience for team members.
• Background in talent acquisition, human resources, people operations, or similar fields.
• Experience in healthcare recruitment is an advantage!
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Highly operational with a strong daily output and precision in execution.
