This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua.
• Create and publish job advertisements on various platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, and specialized job boards.
• Identify, approach, and connect with passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking techniques.
• Evaluate resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and oversee candidate pipelines.
• Manage and enhance our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by generating requisitions, workflows, and scorecards; ensuring stages are updated; running reports; and preserving data integrity.
• Collaborate with department directors to grasp role specifications and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Keep an orderly applicant tracking process to guarantee a seamless experience for candidates.
• Monitor and assess recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source-of-hire, pipeline health) to enhance efficiency and hiring quality.
• Advocate for Ovation Law Firm’s employer brand to draw in top-tier talent.
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or headhunting, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Direct experience with ATS platforms is essential, such as BambooHR, JazzHR, Workable, Lever, Greenhouse, or similar (including setup, workflows, templates, and reporting).
• In-depth understanding of job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other candidate sourcing platforms.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging both active and passive candidates.
• Capacity to manage multiple recruiting searches simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Must be available to work during USA Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
