Talent Acquisition Specialist – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Create and publish job advertisements across various platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, and specialized job boards.

• Identify, recruit, and connect with passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking efforts.

• Review resumes, perform initial interviews, and oversee candidate pipelines.

• Manage and enhance our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by creating requisitions, workflows, and scorecards; ensuring stages are organized; generating reports; and maintaining data integrity.

• Collaborate with department directors to grasp role requirements and align recruitment strategies effectively.

• Keep a systematic applicant tracking process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

• Monitor and evaluate recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source-of-hire, pipeline health) to boost efficiency and quality of hires.

• Advocate for Ovation Law Firm's employer brand to draw in top talent.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or headhunting (experience in a law firm or professional services is advantageous).

• Practical experience with ATS is a must — for example, BambooHR, JazzHR, Workable, Lever, Greenhouse, or similar (including setup, workflows, templates, and reporting).

• Strong familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both active and passive candidates effectively.

• Capability to handle multiple searches concurrently in a dynamic environment.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting.

• Must be available to work during USA Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
