This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Create and publish job advertisements across various platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, and specialized job boards.
• Identify, attract, and connect with passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking efforts.
• Review resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and oversee candidate pipelines.
• Manage and enhance our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by creating requisitions, workflows, and scorecards; ensuring stages are properly maintained; generating reports; and upholding data integrity.
• Collaborate with department directors to comprehend role requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Keep an organized applicant tracking process to provide a seamless candidate experience.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source-of-hire, and pipeline health to enhance efficiency and quality of hires.
• Advocate for Ovation Law Firm’s employer brand to attract high-caliber talent.
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or headhunting, with law firm or professional services experience being advantageous.
• Proficiency with ATS systems is mandatory — for instance, BambooHR, JazzHR, Workable, Lever, Greenhouse, or similar (including setup, workflows, templates, and reporting).
• Strong familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging both active and passive candidates.
• Ability to handle multiple searches concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with robust organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting.
• Must be available to work during USA Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
