This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Serves as a Functional Lead for global strategies related to recruitment and retention, along with associated initiatives.
• Collaborates with the larger PPD study team during the start-up and enrollment phases, providing updates to Clinical Team Managers and CRAs.
• Identifies potential risks, formulates contingency plans, and escalates issues as necessary.
• Monitors metrics and creates progress reports regarding enrollment objectives.
• Develops and manages the study's recruitment and retention strategy, implementing global patient recruitment and retention initiatives.
• A bachelor's degree or an equivalent relevant academic/vocational qualification.
• Prior experience in patient recruitment management, including the creation and oversight of global trial strategies, which equips the candidate with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities (equivalent to 5+ years).
• Exceptional client-facing and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment and maintenance of positive relationships.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
• An analytical mindset, with proficiency in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Understanding of healthcare regulations, patient privacy laws, and ethical considerations in patient recruitment.
• Competence in utilizing project management tools and software.
