This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Overseeing the complete physician recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Establishing and nurturing strong physician talent pipelines for hospitals across the nation.
• Conducting screening, interviews, and evaluations of physician candidates for clinical roles.
• Formulating and implementing strategic recruitment plans in collaboration with operational leadership.
• Keeping precise candidate information updated within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Acting as the main point of contact between physician candidates and hospital leadership.
• Negotiating employment conditions in partnership with the Legal and Clinical HR teams.
• Tracking recruitment metrics, applicant flow, and hiring trends to enhance recruiting efficiency.
• Analyzing market conditions and competitive healthcare recruitment trends to discover new sourcing methods.
• Assisting in physician onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into practice.
• Cultivating long-term relationships with physician candidates for future job openings.
• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in physician recruitment or healthcare recruiting.
• Proven experience managing the full-cycle recruiting process.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
