This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Proactively identify and engage passive talent for all available positions across the Philippines, Latin America, and soon the US, primarily focusing on operations and software engineering roles.
• Develop and sustain talent pipelines on LinkedIn and various other platforms to ensure that positions are filled with pre-engaged candidates.
• Evaluate resumes to pinpoint candidates that warrant interviews with our Talent Acquisition Specialists.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for all candidates — oversee the candidate email inbox from the application stage to onboarding, ensuring no one is left waiting or uncertain.
• Dispatch initial requirements (video introductions, assessments where necessary) and follow up until completion.
• Progress candidates through the hiring stages in Workable, maintaining an accurate and up-to-date pipeline daily.
• Arrange interview schedules between candidates, Talent Acquisition Specialists, Operations Leads, and Wingz Executives.
• Assist with offer and onboarding coordination alongside the Global Talent Acquisition Manager until each candidate is successfully onboarded.
• A minimum of 2 years of solid sourcing experience in operations and engineering roles — this is essential. You possess the ability to find individuals who are not actively seeking new opportunities and can discuss the searches you have conducted and the hires they yielded.
• Practical experience in sourcing technical talent (software engineers) — you have a sufficient understanding of tech stacks to distinguish a strong profile from a mere keyword match.
• Familiarity with an ATS (Workable is a plus) and a commitment to maintaining disciplined pipeline hygiene.
• Exceptional written English skills — your emails represent the candidate's initial impression of Wingz.
• Highly organized, responsive, and self-motivated. You can efficiently handle sourcing tasks and manage a busy inbox simultaneously without compromising on either.
• Willingness to work US hours, with the flexibility to accommodate various regions and time zones.
• Bonus: experience in sourcing talent from Latin America or US markets; experience in supporting multiple recruiters.
• 10 days of Paid Time Off (PTO)
• Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage after the probationary period
