This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate with hiring managers across various portfolio brands to grasp role requirements, provide guidance on best practices, and outline recruitment strategies for each open role.
• Take charge of full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, reviewing, screening, and assessing qualified candidates for engineering, finance, creative, and other professional positions.
• Conduct phone screenings, in-person interviews, and candidate evaluations to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and long-term compatibility.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for future hiring needs, transforming prospects into active candidates and eventual hires.
• Employ data-driven recruitment methods—monitor and report on key metrics throughout the recruitment lifecycle and translate insights into process enhancements.
• Spearhead initiatives to establish and expand CSC Generation's recruiting presence in Canada, identifying top talent markets and sourcing channels.
• Manage multiple requisitions concurrently, prioritizing effectively and keeping all stakeholders updated on progress.
• At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within e-commerce, fintech, or technology sectors.
• Proven ability to source and assess engineering, finance, and creative talent across North America.
• Strong knowledge of the candidate landscape in both the US and Canada.
• Experience utilizing data and reporting to inform recruiting decisions and enhance outcomes.
• Capacity to handle multiple open requisitions and competing priorities while maintaining quality.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills—comfortable advising hiring managers on processes and strategies.
