This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate incoming applications for all open positions and pinpoint candidates suitable for progression, utilizing sound judgment.
• Utilize Gem and other pertinent sourcing and recruiting tools to enhance overall recruitment efficiency.
• Perform phone screenings to assess the qualifications of candidates across various role types.
• Collaborate with recruiters to grasp role specifications and independently conduct searches based on those requirements.
• Assist in both technical and non-technical searches as necessary, adjusting evaluation criteria to fit the role and showcasing curiosity about new position types.
• Experience: 1-3 years in recruiting, either within a staffing/agency environment or in an in-house talent acquisition role at a dynamic startup.
• Practical experience with recruiting and sourcing tools, along with a proven ability to use them effectively.
• Proven capacity to efficiently manage large volumes of incoming applicants while consistently identifying top candidates.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to conduct effective, role-specific phone interviews.
• A genuine curiosity and demonstrated flexibility in adapting to various situations.

• Compensation packages vary based on relevant experience, education, certifications/licenses, skills, training, and market conditions.
