This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for all BPO-related positions, from job requisition and sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Create region-specific talent pipelines by utilizing local networks, online platforms, and partnerships to attract a wide-ranging pool of candidates.
• Work closely with BPO business units, HR, and management to comprehend hiring requirements and provide effective staffing solutions.
• Source, screen, interview, and assess potential candidates, maintaining the highest standards for candidate experience and selection quality.
• Participate in employer branding efforts and represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and through social media platforms.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics, continuously refining processes and strategies to enhance efficiency.
• Advocate for best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) throughout every phase of the hiring process.
• Ensure adherence to local labor laws, company procedures, and data privacy regulations in all recruitment efforts.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, particularly focused on recruitment within the BPO sector.
• Demonstrated experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities.
• Capability to work across diverse cultures, manage high volumes of requisitions, and excel in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
• Strong knowledge of BPO recruitment challenges and effective strategies for success.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with native-level Spanish proficiency required.
