This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Carry out recruiting searches and hiring initiatives under the guidance of the Head of Talent.
• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned technical and non-technical positions, from initiation to accepted offer.
• Collaborate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey while implementing established hiring strategies and interview frameworks.
• Identify and engage outstanding passive talent using innovative sourcing methods and contemporary recruiting tools.
• Develop and sustain robust candidate pipelines to meet current and future hiring requirements.
• Conduct initial recruiter screenings and assess candidates for alignment with role specifications, company culture, and team requirements.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication, responsiveness, organization, and thorough follow-up.
• Maintain a strong sense of urgency to ensure candidates progress smoothly through each stage of the hiring process.
• Keep hiring managers updated with regular communications, market insights, and progress reports on searches.
• Accurately maintain candidate records, interview feedback, and recruitment metrics in Greenhouse.
• Collaborate closely with Recruiting Operations to provide a seamless interview, offer, and onboarding experience.
• Represent TurbineOne with professionalism and enthusiasm in all candidate interactions.
• Contribute ideas to enhance recruiting processes, improve hiring efficiency, and elevate the candidate experience.
• 5–7 years of comprehensive recruiting experience.

• Experience in recruitment within a startup or high-growth setting (preferably in technology startups).
• Proven success in recruiting both technical and non-technical talent.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting software engineers and other technical professionals.
• Extensive sourcing experience with the capability to identify, engage, and secure passive candidates.
• Experience managing multiple simultaneous searches while maintaining exceptional organization and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities shift rapidly.
• A strong sense of urgency complemented by sound judgment.
• A passion for providing an outstanding candidate experience.
• Comfortable working under the guidance of the Head of Talent while establishing trusted relationships with hiring managers across the organization.
• A genuine desire to continue developing as an individual contributor rather than seeking an immediate transition into people management.
