This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process, which includes sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish job descriptions and formulate job postings.
• Conduct initial prescreening interviews, assess candidates, and manage the offer procedure.
• Identify potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, etc.
• Develop and sustain a pool of potential candidates for future hiring requirements.
• Interact with candidates to foster a positive candidate experience.
• Organize onboarding processes for new hires to guarantee a seamless transition into the company.
• Assist new hires during their adjustment period within the organization.
• Support efforts to enhance employer branding and promote the company as a preferred employer.
• Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to boost the organization's visibility.
• Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal standards and internal regulations.
• Monitor key recruitment metrics (e.g., time to hire, cost per hire) and generate regular reports for leadership.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (required). Certifications in recruitment (e.g., SHRM, LinkedIn Certified Professional) are preferred.
