This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Oversee open positions and collaborate with hiring managers.
• Review resumes and perform phone/video interviews.
• Manage background checks, drug tests, and offer letters within the ATS.
• Monitor hiring progress and recruitment expenditures.
• Generate reports and support HR projects as necessary.
• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience (mandatory).
• Knowledge of online recruiting methods, job boards, and ATS/HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication skills (via phone, email, and video).
• Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and innovative in filling challenging roles.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
