Recruitment Supervisor – Midwest 2

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support chapter advisors in the appointment, training, coaching, and mentoring of recruitment advisors.

• Oversee recruitment activities for collegiate chapters assigned to you.

• Assess and analyze recruitment information and strategies.

• Work collaboratively with recruitment team members to evaluate recruitment statistics.

• Offer constructive feedback to collegiate chapter officers and advisors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in advising collegiate chapters on recruitment processes.

• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

• Familiarity with the policies and procedures of the National Panhellenic Conference (NPC).
