Talent Acquisition Specialist Internship, LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Facilitate comprehensive recruitment processes from start to finish

• Identify and attract candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and social media platforms

• Assist in reviewing resumes and initiating candidate outreach

• Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey

• Enhance employer branding and advocate for the company culture

• Monitor recruitment metrics and help with reporting tasks

• Work alongside the Talent Acquisition team to address hiring requirements

⛳️ Requirements

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, or related disciplines

• Strong enthusiasm for recruitment or talent acquisition

• Proficient in English communication skills, both written and verbal

• Fluent in at least one of the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese

• Interest or experience in crypto/blockchain/Web3 is highly advantageous

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and keen to learn in a dynamic environment

• Familiarity with LinkedIn or other sourcing platforms is a plus
