This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
β’ Oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of Affirm's Engineering University Programs, which encompass internship, apprenticeship, and new graduate initiatives.
β’ Provide an outstanding experience for early-career talent through dynamic programming, events, and development opportunities.
β’ Collaborate closely with University Recruiting to guarantee a smooth experience from candidate acceptance through to the completion of the program.
β’ Work in partnership with stakeholders across Engineering, Talent Acquisition, People, and Learning & Development to align program objectives, foster engagement, and evaluate success.
β’ Utilize participant feedback, input from stakeholders, and program metrics to pinpoint areas for improvement and enhance program results each year.
β’ Oversee program communications, timelines, logistics, and participant support across various initiatives concurrently.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in program or project management, ideally within talent acquisition, university recruiting, or employee experience programs.
β’ Experience in designing and managing university talent programs, which includes internships, campus recruiting efforts, and early-career development initiatives.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across various functions.
β’ Demonstrated capacity to create outstanding participant experiences by collaborating across teams, collecting feedback, and promoting continuous improvement.
β’ A strong commitment to cultivating diverse, inclusive, and equitable talent programs.
β’ Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
β’ Ability to navigate uncertainty, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
