This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Management of end-to-end recruitment processes

• Profile alignment

• Job posting and resume screening

• Active talent hunting (especially on LinkedIn)

• Competency-based interviews

• Analysis of behavioral tests (DISC)

• Organization of information, feedback, and reports

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Recruitment and Selection (consultancy experience is a plus)

• Proficiency in platforms such as Catho, Infojobs, Pandapé, etc.

• Experience with LinkedIn hunting (LinkedIn Recruiter experience is advantageous)

• Strong communication, organizational skills, and analytical mindset

• Accountability for deadlines and deliverables

• Knowledge of DISC Behavioral Tests

• Availability for remote work
