Recruitment Intern – Work Experience Trainee

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Identify and attract candidates via LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and various online platforms

• Evaluate CVs based on job specifications

• Create a shortlist of qualified candidates

• Perform initial outreach to candidates through calls, WhatsApp, or email

• Provide clear information regarding job descriptions, salary ranges, location, and the hiring process

• Organize interviews and manage follow-up communications

• Uphold professional and ethical communication at all times

• Accurately update candidate statuses

• Share daily updates on activities

• Assist in scheduling interviews and maintaining documentation
