This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
β’ Conduct comprehensive recruiting processes for available roles, including sourcing, interviewing, managing the hiring process, and negotiating offers.
β’ Ensure an exceptional candidate journey, from the first introduction through to onboarding.
β’ Serve as a genuine Talent Partner to your assigned business line(s) - going beyond execution to offer consultation, advice, and coaching.
β’ Collaborate closely with the HR team and hiring managers to continually enhance the hiring process.
β’ Lead or participate in various HR projects and initiatives.
β’ Oversee recruiting databases and other HR resources in an organized and timely fashion.
β’ Build and sustain a consistently filled pipeline of high-quality talent through diverse methods, including networking within the community, engaging with and visiting universities, attending local job fairs, and maintaining ongoing contact with promising candidates for future opportunities.
β’ Over 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in prestigious tech firms or agencies.
β’ Proficient in English to effectively coordinate with international partners and stakeholders; additional languages are a plus.
β’ Capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
β’ Proficient in contemporary sourcing and selection methods, with a successful history of achieving ambitious hiring targets.
β’ Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and consulting abilities, with the capability to work independently.
β’ A keen interest in or curiosity about the crypto and Web3 sectors.
