This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jordan.
• Candidate Sourcing: Identifying and attracting potential candidates for both active and upcoming job projects through various platforms and networks.
• Profile Screening: Analyzing resumes and assessing candidate profiles to determine their fit with specific job requirements and the company culture.
• Communication Coordination: Serving as a liaison between candidates and client hiring teams, ensuring a seamless, transparent, and positive experience for all candidates.
• Operational Support: Providing assistance to the Talent Acquisition team with daily recruitment operations, scheduling, and data management tasks.
• Strong enthusiasm for Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn, proactive, and comfortable within a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) is advantageous.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (HR, Business Administration, Psychology, etc.) is preferred, though not mandatory.
• Practical Experience: Comprehensive, hands-on experience in contemporary recruitment operations and talent acquisition strategies.
