This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Configure and customize the SAP SuccessFactors recruitment module to meet the organization's requirements and business objectives.
• Analyze recruitment workflows and recommend process enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Support the implementation, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors recruitment solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and training to end-users, HR teams, and stakeholders on system functionality and best practices.
• Manage data migration, integration, and reporting within the SAP SuccessFactors environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and offer timely solutions to ensure system stability.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, user guides, and system specifications.
• Monitor system performance and generate reports to track recruitment metrics and key performance indicators.
• Stay updated on updates, functionalities, and industry trends related to SAP SuccessFactors to ensure optimal system usage.
• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment (mandatory).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing or supporting the SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment module.
• Proven experience in recruitment consulting or advisory roles in HR technology.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition processes and recruitment workflows.
• Proficiency in system configuration, customization, and integration.
• Experience in data management, reporting tools, and analytics within HR systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and effectively prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
