This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp role specifications, skill requirements, and team dynamics.
• Create and implement sourcing strategies for technical and engineering roles.
• Utilize LinkedIn, social media, referrals, university networks, and customized talent pipelines for sourcing.
• Assess and evaluate candidates for technical competencies, experience, and cultural fit.
• Organize interview schedules, facilitate feedback collection, and ensure prompt communication.
• Provide insights on compensation based on market data and internal equity considerations.
• Oversee the candidate lifecycle within the ATS to guarantee accurate and real-time tracking.
• Conduct reference verifications, check credentials, and uphold compliance with hiring protocols.
• Monitor key recruitment metrics and share insights to enhance hiring processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 1+ years of experience in recruiting within construction, professional services, engineering environments, manufacturing, or agency settings.
• Proficient with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and sourcing tools.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, be eligible to work in the U.S., and maintain fitness for duty.
