This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process for high-volume hiring across various business sectors.
• Identify, engage, and evaluate candidates utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach techniques.
• Conduct preliminary screenings to assess technical fit, communication abilities, motivation, and cultural alignment.
• Develop and sustain robust talent pipelines for ongoing hiring requirements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend workforce planning, hiring priorities, and changing business demands.
• Organize interviews and ensure effective communication throughout the recruitment journey.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience from the initial outreach to offer acceptance.
• Keep precise candidate records and recruitment information within the ATS.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and pinpoint opportunities for enhancing efficiency and hiring results.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of recruitment processes, interview frameworks, and hiring best practices.
• Assist in employer branding efforts, hiring events, and recruitment campaigns as required.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-volume hiring context.
• Background in recruiting across customer support, operations, gaming, BPO, technology, or related fields.
• Proven track record of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while upholding quality and responsiveness.
• Strong sourcing capabilities with a knack for proactively identifying and engaging passive candidates.
• Excellent organizational abilities paired with remarkable attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable operating in a collaborative, fast-paced, international setting.
• Familiarity with contemporary ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
• Capability to influence hiring managers and provide market insights throughout the recruitment process.
• Experience in recruiting within gaming, outsourcing, or technology sectors (Preferred).
• Experience supporting multilingual recruitment efforts (Preferred).
• Experience hiring within European markets (Preferred).
• Knowledge of recruitment analytics and workforce planning (Preferred).
