• Develop and sustain robust pipelines across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Marketing.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing requirements.

• Identify potential candidates through various online platforms.

• Organize interviews (via Zoom) and set clear expectations.

• Oversee candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.

• Utilize the ATS platform (Greenhouse) and AI technology to attract exceptional talent.
