Talent Acquisition Specialist – Full Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Manage talent acquisition and staffing processes for the field.

• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Create and implement a thorough recruitment program to staff the facility efficiently.

• Cultivate relationships with local educational institutions, community partners, department leaders, and referral sources.

• Maintain precise internal and external job postings and manage candidate processes in Workday/ATS.

• Conduct and arrange interviews, as well as extend job offers to candidates.

• Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies.

• Pre-screen and submit or schedule qualified applicants for hiring supervisors/managers.

• Create advertisements and other resources aimed at attracting qualified candidates.

• Build and sustain a network of qualified candidates using recruitment and marketing tools, including social media platforms.

• Collaborate with colleges and universities regarding clinical internships and job shadowing opportunities.

• Develop and monitor recruiting and hiring metrics.

• Organize and participate in career fairs and recruiting/hiring events.

• Collect and compile data, generating reports as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business, or a related field OR a High School diploma coupled with relevant experience is required.

• At least one year of recruiting experience is necessary, preferably within the healthcare sector.

• Familiarity with ATS systems, particularly Workday, is essential.

• Preferred skills include sales, marketing/advertising, and human resources.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capacity to communicate effectively with all management levels, employees, and external customers.

• Comprehensive knowledge of industry trends in the healthcare market to identify top recruits, predict opportunities, and consult candidates.

• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP Certification is preferred.

• This is a remote position.
