📋 Description

• Identification of candidate profiles

• Creation and posting of job advertisements on employment portals and social media

• Comprehensive recruitment for various types of profiles using different channels

• Personnel search and selection through hunting strategies

• Conducting interviews utilizing various techniques

• Interview reporting

• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment processes

• Experience in selecting candidates for positions related to the oil industry, technical roles, and IT (not mandatory)

• Proficiency in English and/or Portuguese (not mandatory)

• Proactive attitude and ability to self-manage
