Talent Acquisition Specialist, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial meetings to the acceptance of job offers.

• Recruit for a varied range of blue-collar and white-collar roles.

• Identify, screen, and evaluate candidates utilizing a range of sourcing channels and recruitment tools.

• Foster strong relationships with hiring managers, serving as a reliable recruitment consultant.

• Offer market insights and assist in hiring decisions with data-informed recommendations.

• Ensure a remarkable candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

• Work closely with sourcing, marketing, and HR teams to achieve hiring objectives.

• Track recruitment metrics and participate in ongoing process enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of comprehensive recruitment experience acquired in an agency, RPO, or in-house setting.

• Proven experience in recruiting for both blue-collar and white-collar positions.

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.

• Strong skills in sourcing and managing stakeholder relationships.

• Familiarity with ATS and sourcing platforms; experience with Workday is a plus.

• Background in an international context and collaboration with stakeholders from various locations is highly regarded.

• Exceptional organizational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple recruitment projects at once.
