This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Oversee the complete intern hiring process and foster relationships with universities.
• Assist in tracking the hiring of new graduates and the conversion of internships.
• Organize and implement recruitment events while nurturing connections with university partners.
• Take charge of the intern program experience, including engagement initiatives.
• Adapt to provide broader support in talent acquisition as necessary.
• Anticipate travel requirements of approximately 10–15%.
• 2–3 years of experience in Emerging Talent, Campus Recruitment, University Relations, or Early Careers.
• Demonstrated capability to manage the full-cycle hiring process for early-career candidates across various functions.
• Practical experience with applicant tracking systems such as Ashby and BrightHire.
• Proven history of planning and executing both on-campus and virtual recruitment events.
• Authentic interest in AI and its relevance to the recruitment field.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• A data-driven approach to improving processes through metrics.
• A proactive individual who excels in environments requiring independence and adaptability.
