This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Oversee staffing operations within a specific region.
• Collaborate with operational management to develop and implement efficient, cost-effective staffing strategies.
• Discover and nurture recruitment sources via networking, referrals, Internet Mining technology, competitor databases, candidate pipelines, and staffing software.
• Manage the regional recruitment budget and relationships with third-party recruitment agencies.
• Evaluate, interview, and assess job candidates.
• Maintain applicant databases utilizing electronic recruiting systems.
• Provide regional staffing statistics and monitor colleague retention rates.
• Advise regional management regarding turnover challenges.
• Train and guide hiring managers and Colleague Resource Generalists on electronic recruiting systems.
• Promote and facilitate training on Behavioral Interviewing Techniques and candidate assessment tools.
• Assist and educate Colleague Resources Generalists in staffing methods.
• Execute other assigned tasks and travel as necessary.
• A minimum of four (4) years in staffing or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• At least three (3) years of direct recruiting experience in a high-volume, challenging-to-source industry.
• Experience in recruiting within the insurance sector is preferred.
• Familiarity with recruiting software is preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
• PHR or SPHR Certification is preferred.
• Understanding of employment laws and practices.
• Proficient knowledge of e-recruiting concepts and systems.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
• Proficient in PC applications, particularly Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
