This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for Virtual Assistant positions.

• Conduct interviews, skills evaluations, and background investigations to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to fully comprehend hiring requirements and provide optimal talent matches.

• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle — from job postings and candidate sourcing to endorsements and onboarding assistance.

• Develop and sustain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Ensure a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Achieve hiring objectives and timelines within a high-volume recruitment setting.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience, ideally in high-volume hiring.

• Experience in a Virtual Assistant agency is strongly preferred.

• Knowledge or familiarity with Medical Virtual Assistants or the healthcare sector is beneficial.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently.

• Able to perform well under pressure and meet challenging recruitment objectives.

• Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency and responsibility.

• Proficient in spoken and written English.

• Relevant work experience is required.

• Willingness to provide an NBI Clearance and/or Local Police Clearance prior to onboarding (mandatory).

• Available for video meetings with camera on when necessary.

• Open to working during US business hours.

• Possession of a valid government-issued ID is required.

• Must not engage with other clients during scheduled working hours.

• Submission of a brief video introduction is mandatory.
