This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the entire recruiting lifecycle for designated sales and non-technical business areas, from the initial intake call to the candidate's acceptance of the offer.
• Facilitate intake meetings to clarify role specifications, align candidate profiles, set timelines, and provide coaching to managers on effective interview strategies.
• Review resumes, conduct preliminary phone interviews, and assess candidates based on functional skills, sales potential, and alignment with company culture.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop offer packages, navigate counter-offers, manage negotiations, and oversee offer extensions throughout the onboarding process.
• Employ innovative and proactive sourcing strategies to attract exceptional talent.
• Create and maintain talent pools for sales and corporate positions utilizing Phenom CRM.
• Ensure a transparent and responsive applicant experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Keep accurate records in Workday ATS and Phenom CRM to support compliance and recruiting metrics.
• Comply with EEO, ADA, affirmative action guidelines, and internal Talent Acquisition standard operating procedures.
• Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment funnel and propose streamlined processes to decrease time-to-fill.
• At least 2+ years of comprehensive recruiting experience, preferably within a corporate environment or a high-volume agency.
• Proven success in recruiting for Sales and/or non-technical business functions, such as Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, or HR.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Applicant Tracking System and Phenom recruitment CRM.
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, GSuite, and modern sourcing tools.
• Familiarity with and a fundamental understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, AppScripts, Co-Pilot, and Claude.
• Strong critical thinking abilities to assess AI-generated information and responsibly guide decision-making.
• Experience with AI-enabled platforms or workflow optimization tools is a plus.
• Capability to advise, influence, and build rapport with cross-functional hiring managers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to clearly communicate company value propositions and negotiate offers.
• Proficient in using data to monitor funnel metrics, identify trends, and inform sourcing strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple job requisitions and adapt priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Eligibility for commissions in most sales roles (not specifically indicated for this non-sales position).
