This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle for Engineering and Leadership positions from inception to completion.
• Identify and attract high-caliber candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, databases, and market mapping strategies.
• Conduct candidate screening and preliminary assessments.
• Oversee candidate communication and coordination throughout the various hiring phases.
• Create and sustain talent pipelines for specialized and leadership roles.
• Build strong relationships with candidates to guarantee a favorable hiring experience.
• Collaborate closely with delivery managers and account teams to achieve successful hiring results.
• Engage in market research and talent mapping initiatives.
• 3 to 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Consulting, Executive Search, or Staffing.
• Preferred experience in recruiting for sectors such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Defence, Electronics, Electrical, Robotics, Automation, Industrial, or Technology.
• Skilled in sourcing and headhunting proficient candidates.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong dedication to delivering excellence.
