This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, which includes job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.

• Actively seek out candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and personal networks to establish robust talent pipelines.

• Attract and assess suitable candidates for a range of roles, evaluating their compatibility through virtual interviews.

• Support candidates and clients throughout each phase of the recruitment process to guarantee a positive experience.

• Organize interviews and deliver prompt feedback to both clients and candidates.

• Keep precise and current documentation and reports of all recruitment activities.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with founders, CEOs, hiring managers, and HR partners to comprehend hiring requirements, develop candidate profiles, and pinpoint effective sourcing channels.

• Offer consultative services, including regular updates and strategic formulation of sourcing plans.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2+ years of recruitment experience, gained either in an internal HR capacity or at a recruitment agency.

• Demonstrated success in achieving a minimum of 10+ successful placements across various roles or functions.

• Native or business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English, with exceptional verbal, written, and listening communication skills.

• Proven capability to establish and sustain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.

• Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities, candidate availability, and changing recruitment strategies.

• Capable of working independently and taking initiative with minimal oversight.

• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Proficient in utilizing digital tools for remote interviews and recruitment activities.
