Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete recruiting process for various roles spanning multiple departments and levels of seniority.

• Provide support for urgent hiring needs during this temporary contract period.

• Identify, screen, and manage candidates throughout every phase of the interview process.

• Develop and sustain strong talent pipelines to meet current and upcoming hiring demands.

• Conduct initial screening calls and oversee the interview and selection procedures.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.

• Ensure a high-quality, inclusive, and engaging experience for candidates.

• Assist with onboarding tasks as required.

• Carry out other recruiting-related responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably within a high-volume or fast-paced setting.

• Experience in recruiting for multiple functions and levels of roles concurrently.

• Strong knowledge of best practices in full-cycle recruiting.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Demonstrated capacity to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic, expanding organization.

• Proficient in interview and assessment techniques, including evaluating both technical skills and cultural fit.

• High proficiency with applicant tracking systems; experience with FreshTeam is advantageous.

• Ability to utilize various sourcing channels to attract diverse, high-quality talent.
