Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with department leaders to assess staffing requirements, create quarterly and annual hiring projections, and define specific criteria for candidate selection.

• Source and connect with passive candidates through professional networks, social media platforms, resume databases, and online career events.

• Build enduring and meaningful relationships with former applicants and potential talent to establish sustainable talent pipelines for future expansion.

• Develop comprehensive job descriptions and structured, role-specific interview questions that accurately reflect the requirements of the positions.

• Oversee the complete recruitment process—including resume evaluation, structured phone interviews, skill assessments, and coordination of final interviews.

• Monitor, update, and analyze candidate information, pipeline metrics, and feedback within our Applicant Tracking System.

• Spearhead employer branding initiatives and represent the company at both virtual and in-person recruitment events.

• Maintain organized records, follow-up schedules, and reporting using Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Procore, and Sage.

⛳️ Requirements

• Direct, hands-on experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems, particularly Greenhouse or Darwinbox.

• Proven success in managing full-cycle recruiting through structured interview methods and contemporary talent sourcing tools.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Project); familiarity with construction management software such as Procore and Sage is a significant advantage.

• Experience in recruiting within the Construction Industry is highly preferred, although general corporate or commercial recruitment experience is also accepted.

• A strong ability to swiftly distinguish between structural, operational, and administrative roles within an organization.
