Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Design and optimize a comprehensive sourcing strategy aimed at identifying premier software development professionals and establishing a consistent pipeline of top-notch global talent.

• Reach out to and engage relevant experts to expand Toptal’s technical talent network.

• Collaborate with the Matching and Screening teams to establish adaptable sourcing priorities.

• Monitor and sustain a steady pipeline of candidates.

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Lead to enhance sourcing operations, create process playbooks, and achieve KPIs.

• Utilize internally developed tools to bolster sourcing initiatives.

• Complete onboarding at Toptal and undergo role-specific training.

• Identify opportunities to penetrate the global market for targeted sourcing requests.

• Develop and refine sourcing strategies through experimentation, analysis, and data-informed improvements.

• Establish a reliable pipeline that produces high-revenue candidates who successfully pass screening and transition to client engagements.

• Execute global sourcing initiatives with discretion and independent judgment.

• Take ownership of global sourcing management and position oneself as an expert in the field.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting global technical talent, with a demonstrable record of success.

• Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, including advanced functionalities for candidate research, outreach, and pipeline management.

• Profound understanding of the global talent landscape and sourcing strategies.

• Strong capability to differentiate highly skilled developers from average talent.

• Proficient in identifying and evaluating meetup groups, participating in events, and networking effectively.

• Ability and motivation to seek opportunities to present at developer meetups.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with perfect grammar and a strong command of the English language.

• Capacity to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

• Effective communication skills to engage continuously via Slack and other collaboration platforms.

• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving company while managing diverse challenges, deadlines, and contacts.
